Payment and Shipping
UK shipping is Second Class Signed For but there is the option for First Class Signed For at an additional cost. All items are packed safely for delivery and jewellery comes in gift packaging.
Shipping overseas is available.
Please Note: we are in the hands of the Royal Mail at the moment with the postal service so unfortunately normal postage times cannot be guaranteed.
Can I order multiples of Products
All orders are individually made, However it is possible to have more than one of an item created for you but please understand they may not be completely identical as for example: many semi precious stones have different strains of colour in them etc. If you wish to order multiples please be aware second or third items may not be exactly as shown in the images
I saw something i liked on your site but when I went to put it in my basket it had gone!
We will do our best to create alternate versions of items on the website as custom orders for you but as this is a small bespoke business and all items are made individually and we cannot guarantee it will be the exactly same. Please email us about this.

What custom miniatures can be made?
We can make a whole range of things. However, it's best to contact us to discuss what you would like.
How do I get my photo in a Memory Pendant or Cufflinks?
Once you place your order, we will email you and ask you to send the photo you want to use by replying to that email with it as an attachment. In general, vertical or portrait images work best but in some instances we can work with landscape images. If you are unsure about an image you can always email us first at enquiries@martiano.co.uk
